Born in France, I learnt the painting basics with a professional painter in New Zealand.
My passion for decorative arts and drawing led me quickly to realize frescoes for private individuals.
It was, then, logical for me to enter the Van der Kelen Institute in Brussels that is the oldest school of decorative painting in Europe.
There, I learnt the skills necessary to become an authentic and refined decorative painter : wood-graining, faux marbles, fake reliefs, frescoes, gilding, patinas, drawing...
I got my diploma, and a Silver Medal for my achievements.
Working as an independent artist, I have fulfilled different commissions for the renowned atelier Meriguet Carrere from Paris.
I also had various trompe l'oeil commissions in the USA, and in Saudi Arabia.
Based in Marseille, Lille and Nice, I have been working since 2007 in the decoration of old monuments. |
